Job Summary
You will manage reception and sickbay duties, assist students with first aid, handle enquiries and phone calls, and provide administrative support in a primary school environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors at the reception to ensure a welcoming environment
Answer phone calls promptly, take accurate messages, and respond to general enquiries efficiently
Administer basic first aid to students as needed to ensure their immediate care and safety
Monitor unwell students in the sickbay and communicate with parents regarding their condition
Perform assigned administrative tasks to support daily school operations
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 6 months of reception or customer service experience in a primary school environment
Basic computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 7.00 am to 2.00 pm (1-hour lunch break)
Non-working days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays

Technical & Logistics Support: Provision of equipment, machinery, and on-site manpower for fast, compliant, and safe execution of client projects.
