Job Description – Van Driver (Logistics & Instrument Collection)

Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Van Driver to join our logistics team. The role involves collecting and delivering customer instruments safely and efficiently, while also handling basic paperwork related to logistics documentation. This position is vital in ensuring smooth operations and timely service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer instruments to designated locations.

• Ensure safe handling and transportation of instruments.

• Complete basic paperwork and delivery documentation (e.g., collection notes, delivery forms).

• Coordinate with office team for scheduling and routing.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicle.

• Follow company safety procedures and traffic regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3).

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred.

• Basic literacy and ability to complete simple paperwork.

• Good communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.

• Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of instruments.

• Responsible, punctual, and safety‑conscious.
