We are looking for a full-time role, as a Purchasing cum Admin in Subang Jaya. This is a key position that bridges purchasing operations with administrative support that support our manufacturing and logistics objectives. You will support in handling purchasing operations, sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency within procurement department and ensuring a seamless flow of goods and materials through our supply chain.

Key responsibilities
• Assist the Purchasing Department with daily purchasing activities to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Prepares and handles Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR) and other purchasing documents.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding price, stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inbound logistics to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Maintain, update and evaluate supplier based on cost, quality, reliability and service.
• Resolve supplier issues, complaints, or product quality concerns.
• Liaise with the Store, Production, Accounts and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy level according to purchasing requirements to avoid overstock or production delays.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties assigned by HOD or management.
