We are looking for a Finance & Administration Executive to join our team in Labuan.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping things organized and accurate.

You will be involved in a variety of finance and administrative functions, including payment processing, payroll support, employee benefits administration, collections follow-up, e-invoicing, and documentation management.

• Process payments and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with payroll and employee benefits administration
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances
• Submit and manage e-invoices
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Support compliance and administrative requirements
• Assist with routine bookkeeping activities
• Coordinate with colleagues across different locations
  

• Experience in finance, administration, accounting, payroll, or a related field
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and business systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
  

• Experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems
• Experience with payroll, employee benefits, or bookkeeping
• Experience working in a small office environment
