• Manage end-to-end benefits administration and vendor relationships, optimizing employee offerings while balancing cost effectiveness.

• Conduct advanced data modeling, pay equity studies, and workforce analytics to provide actionable insights for senior executive decision-making.

• Oversee job evaluations, grading structures, and variable bonus initiatives across corporate and operational functions.

• Ensure regional reward programs strictly adhere to local employment regulations, internal governance guidelines, and compliance standards.

• Proven track record in compensation and benefits management within regional or multinational matrix organizations.

• Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, incentive program design, job evaluation, and benefits administration.

• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 ERP systems and rewards administration platforms.
