Job Description
Participation in the preparation of pre & post tender documentation
Prepare tender BQ/quotations including taking off, material and costing
Conduct site measurements and verify work done for payment purposes.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual and cost-related matters.
Review contract documents and identify potential risks and cost implications.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and company policies.
Support project team in procurement and contract administration.
Job Requirements
Construction & Interior Fit-out related experience in Singapore advantageous
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction/interior fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and project costing.
Familiar with local construction practices and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, etc.).
Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Civil/Construction/Structural/Facilities or equivalent
