• Drive team sales performance and achieve monthly KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard and coach new sales talents.
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates and team productivity.
• Conduct sales training, performance reviews and team meetings.
• Support team members in customer engagement, negotiation and closing.
• Execute digital marketing, telesales and on-ground sales initiatives.
• Build a positive, competitive and results-driven team culture.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing or team leadership is an advantage.
