Responsibilities
Participate in the operation, maintenance,troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the DeltaV (DCS) to ensuresystem reliability, availability, and GMP compliance.
Responsible for the administration of DScomputerized systems, including user account management, periodic accessreview, data backup and recovery, and system time synchronization.
Support system lifecycle activities,including change control, deviation investigation, CAPA,qualification/validation, and GMP release to ensure regulatory compliance anddata integrity.
Provide technical support formanufacturing operations, troubleshoot automation issues, coordinate withvendors and cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
Requirements
Familiar with Emerson DeltaV System
Familiar with Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part11 requirements
Familiar with DS equipment and instrument
At least five years of experience in thepharmaceutical industry, including at least three years of experience in DeltaVsystems or computerized system management.
Contract is for 6 months only.
