About the Role

Are you passionate about people, culture, and creating an outstanding employee experience? We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Beyond traditional HR responsibilities, you will play a key role in workplace operations, employee engagement, and local business coordination, helping ensure our Kuala Lumpur office remains a productive, well-organized, and enjoyable place to work. You will also work closely with local leadership to provide support, leadership coordination, and business management, which includes support to coordinate key activities, communications, meetings, and operational priorities.


What You'll Do

  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, and the overall employee lifecycle.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, talent development activities
  • Ensure HR administration is accurate, timely, and compliant with local labor laws.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, learning sessions, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Lead workplace operations, including facilities, vendors, health and safety, and local office administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Partner with corporate support teams and local leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Advisory, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English
