Tanggungjawab

  • Oversee end-to-end operational performance across multiple hubs/branches within the assigned region Lead, manage, and develop a team of Hub Managers, providing coaching, performance management, and succession planning
  • Own regional P&L — set and manage operating budgets, control costs (manpower, fleet, fuel, overheads) against targets
  • Translate company-wide operational strategy into regional/hub-level execution plans, including zone/ADO rollout and network expansion
  • Monitor and drive performance against client SLAs our clients across all hubs in the region; lead escalation resolution for major service issues
  • Conduct regular hub performance reviews using data (on-time delivery, cost-per-parcel, productivity, attrition) and drive corrective action plans
  • Lead regional manpower planning and forecasting in partnership with Recruitment and HR, including peak-season and new-hub resourcing
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of SOPs, safety protocols, and operational best practices across hubs
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA, transport/licensing regulations, labour law, and internal audit/governance requirements across the region
  • Manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies at a regional level
  • Lead new hub setup, network expansion, and capacity planning projects
  • Present regional operational and financial performance to senior management/leadership on a regular cadence
  • Drive technology adoption and process digitization initiatives to improve operational efficiency across hubs

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Hub management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • People management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Profit & loss: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Overall Operations Competency: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • BM (Preferred)

Location:

  • Rawang (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
