Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-offs to accurately measure materials and work scope for project cost control
- Assess subcontractors' claims and prepare interim payment applications and variation orders to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Competent in analysing quotations/prices/rates,build-up rates and perform pricing
- Competent in performing contract administration including but not limiting to valuation of payments and variations claims in accordance to contract requirements
- Execute additional duties assigned by management to support project and company objectives
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of working experience,preferably in the construction industry
- Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactivity, teamwork, and meeting tight deadlines
