We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our Management Trainee Programme as we strengthen our retail operations and explore franchise and overseas expansion opportunities.
Your Career Journey
Gain hands-on experience in premium grocery retail operations, merchandising and customer service.
Develop commercial skills in sales, inventory, profitability and business management.
Work closely with management on business development and strategic initiatives.
Participate in franchise development and new-market expansion projects.
Grow towards leadership roles in store management, franchise operations or international business development.
Who We’re Looking For
Diploma or degree holders in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or related fields.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership potential.
Commercially driven, adaptable and willing to learn.

Open to overseas assignments and travel opportunities.
