Full Time Technical Lead / Senior Full-stack Developer Jobs, salary up to MYR 15,000 in Company Confidential Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

8+ years of software development experience

Strong experience in full-stack web development

Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as React / Next.js

Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Java, Go, Python or similar

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

Experience with REST APIs and WebSocket / real-time applications

Experience with Git and modern software development workflows

Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure

Understanding of application security and data protection

Experience with live streaming, video platforms, gaming or other real-time applications is an advantage

Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing) is required.

Lead the technical architecture and development of the platform

Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications

Develop both frontend and backend components

Design and maintain databases and APIs

Integrate live streaming and third-party technology services

Develop real-time web features and user-facing functionality

Build internal administration and content management tools

Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment together with external/internal technical resources

Establish coding standards, development practices and version control

Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality

Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance

Work closely with management to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Plan future technical resources and support the recruitment of additional developers as the platform grows

Implement appropriate security, access-control and data-protection practices
