Lead and develop a team of advisors and product specialists, setting standards for communication, problem solving and daily performance.

Own the store's sales results, including test drives conducted, customers engaged, vehicles sold and registrations completed.

Coach individual team memberson customer conversations, product knowledge and pipeline follow-up.

Plan and run store operations, including rostering, floor coverage, merchandise presentation and stock accuracy.

Manage store expenses across staffing, supplies and services.

Plan and execute outbound events, roadshows and local sales networking activity.

Maintain customer satisfaction standards across the store and handle escalations personally.

Work with regional management on targets, reporting and store initiatives.

Improve daily workflow within the store and share what works with peer stores.

Represent the brand professionally to customers, partners and the local market.

Minimum 8 years in retail, consumer sales or key account sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Minimum 3 years managing a team, with direct accountability for a store, outlet or branch result.

Comfortable reading and acting on sales data. Able to explain what your numbers are telling you.

Strong coaching instinct. You develop people rather than only supervise them.

Able to work store hours between 10am and 10pm, including weekends and public holidays when required

Self-managing, well organized, and able to run several priorities against firm deadlines.
