• Manage the cashier counter and handle customer payments efficiently.
• Process orders and transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Accept and process cash, card, QR, and other approved payment methods.
• Ensure all sales and payment transactions are properly recorded.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu items, prices, promotions, and payment methods.
• Prepare and issue receipts or transaction records to customers.
• Perform cash counting and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Report any payment discrepancies or cash shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain sufficient cash float and ensure cash is kept securely.
• Assist customers with enquiries and provide professional service.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organised, and presentable.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Assist with other restaurant duties during busy periods.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and cash-handling procedures.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cashier, retail, or F&B is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible when handling money.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Able to remain calm and organised during busy periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good personal grooming and hygiene.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
