Kelayakan

  • Malaysian Citizen only

  • SPM qualification or above

  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Promote and sell products to passengers in airport retail outlets.

  • Approach customers professionally and introduce product features, benefits, and promotions.

  • Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.

  • Maintain excellent customer service by answering questions and handling customer requests.

  • Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions.

  • Handle cashier duties.

  • Keep the counter/store area clean and organized.
