JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is an established international engineering and technology group with operations across multiple markets and a portfolio of advanced manufacturing businesses. Currently, they are looking for an Accountant to join their finance team.
Reporting to the manager, the Accountant will be responsible for full sets of account, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and closing activities, managing AR/AP invoicing, preparing management reports, preparing GST, transfer pricing, intercompany reconciliations, assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting process, and variance analysis.
The Accountant will also monitor cashflow, and prepare cashflow forecasts, liaise with banks on treasury related matters, and support finance process improvement initiatives or software implementations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance
Recognized professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is good to have
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge in IFRS/SFRS
Prior experience in audit firm is highly preferred
Experienced with SAP or ERP system is good to have
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table and Vlookup
