ERP Support Manager
- Lead and manage a team of ERP Support Consultants to deliver high-quality support services.
- Oversee the ERP support function and maintain high service standards across all customers.
- Ensure Level 1 and Level 2 support teams resolve tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor SLA compliance and identify at-risk tickets early.
- Escalate critical issues to Level 3 support or vendors promptly.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurring incidents.
