Who We’re Looking For

• Ambitious, self-driven and motivated to achieve results.

• Business-minded — you care about profitability and growth, not just ticking boxes.

• Proactive and resourceful, with the initiative to make things happen.

• Organised and able to manage multiple projects independently.

• Confident in approaching people, building relationships and exploring new opportunities.

• Willing to roll up your sleeves and handle both operational details and bigger-picture challenges.

Fresh graduates are welcome! We care more about your mindset, initiative and potential than having the perfect résumé. If you're driven, commercially minded and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

We’re not looking for someone who simply wants a job. We’re looking for someone who wants to make things happen, take ownership and grow with us.

Lips Carpenter is a Malaysian-founded beauty brand established in 2018, specialising in gentle lip care and personalised beauty gifting.

We’re growing and looking for someone excited to build something with us! If you enjoy spotting opportunities, making things happen and turning ideas into real business results, this might be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Grow event sales: Plan and manage pop-ups and bazaars, coordinate promoters and find ways to improve sales performance and profitability.

• Build new business: Develop partnerships with bridal shops, explore workshops and bring our products into more retail outlets.

• Explore retail expansion: Research mall pop-ups, kiosks and potential permanent retail spaces, evaluating their sales potential and costs.

• Turn ideas into results: Test new approaches, solve problems and find creative ways to grow our offline business.

• Think commercially: Track sales, costs and profitability to help us make smarter business decisions.

Working Style & Compensation

• Flexible working style: Manage your own calendar and organise your work independently, with accountability for results rather than fixed daily routines.

• On-the-go role: Travel around Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley for events, store visits, partner meetings and business development opportunities.
