Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accounts Executive, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts Payable and Cash Receipts).
• Responsible for month-end closing such as posting/uploading data and updating accounting records on timely basis including journal entries for accrual & prepayment, adjustment entries, staff claims.
• Keep track on ARcollection.
• Monitoring of payable aging report, reconcile accounts and prepare vendor payment included overseas payment (if any).
• Preparation of SSTtax return & assist in corporate tax related matters.
• Monitor and update cashbook on weekly basis.
• Liaise with operations staff and suppliers on the costs/invoices so that all operation costs are recorded timely and correctly.
• Liaise with other department to ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Liaising with internal and external parties (auditors, tax agents, company secretary etc.)
• Handling and arranging all payment to suppliers & staff claims.
• Handling administrative and any other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Professional Certificates/Diploma/Advance Diploma/ Degree of Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent
• At least 3 year of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and efficient team player
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learner, responsible, willing to learn and possess good working attitude
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to start with short notice will be added advantage
