Job Summary
Join a dynamic salon team to deliver professional hairstyling services, enhance client satisfaction, and support salon operations in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver professional hair services including haircutting, colouring, styling, rebonding, perming, hair treatments, and scalp care tailored to client needs
Recommend hairstyles, treatments, and haircare products to improve client appearance and hair health
Promote salon services and treatment packages to increase customer engagement and sales
Support daily salon operations and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager to maintain smooth workflow
Collaborate with team members to coordinate salon activities and optimize client experience
Use negotiation and selling skills to meet sales targets and maximize service uptake
Maintain a well-groomed, professional, and approachable appearance to positively represent the salon brand
Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and colleagues to foster a positive salon atmosphere
Demonstrate a hardworking attitude and positive approach to daily tasks and challenges
Work independently with self-motivation and take responsibility for assigned duties
Adapt to a six-day workweek schedule to support salon operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with peers
Willingness to work weekends and six days per week
Minimum three years of experience as a hairstylist
