About The Job.

In this role, you will lead the accuracy of asset tracking, oversee performance metrics, and coordinate regional asset lifecycle management to optimise operational performance.

• Maintain asset tracking system integrity by validating operational status, movement updates, and equipment utilisation data.
• Deliver key performance indicator reports to regional leadership, leveraging business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate routine equipment audits, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle strategies to ensure high operational availability and asset longevity.
• Oversee intercompany transfers, equipment acquisitions, and asset disposal processes while ensuring full compliance with internal governance.
• Facilitate system updates and process improvements across cross-functional teams, delivering training and technical support to operational end-users.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Proven track record in fleet management, asset control, or equipment operations within the energy or logistics sector.
• Solid experience operating enterprise asset management platforms and utilising business intelligence reporting software.
• Demonstrated capability in managing stock reconciliation, inventory audits, and cross-border equipment transfers.
• Strong communication skills with a background in leading system training and cross-departmental stakeholder engagement.
• Sound understanding of asset lifecycle planning, maintenance tracking, and operational compliance standards.
