Job Overview We are looking for a Supply Chain Engineer to coordinate and manage structural logistics workflows, network distribution models, and material planning portfolios from planning through completion. This role will work closely with engineering teams, material suppliers, procurement specialists, warehouse operations, and cross-functional project stakeholders to ensure supply chain pipelines are delivered according to agreed schedules, technical requirements, quality standards, and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain infrastructure projects, network modeling programs, and optimization pipelines from initial planning through project completion.
• Develop project schedules, procurement baselines, distribution milestones, and logistics implementation plans.
• Coordinate closely with manufacturing production planning, material procurement, global freight, and automated warehouse engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress, inventory holding costs, distribution resources, supply chain lead times, and key operational deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, material suppliers, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and key project stakeholders.
• Review project requirements, technical sourcing documentation, capacity layout drawings, and standard packaging or transport plans.
• Support procurement and coordination of warehouse automation equipment, supply chain software systems, materials handling assets, and related utilities.
• Monitor installation, warehouse systems integration testing, inventory barcode tracking setup, and technical commissioning activities.
• Identify project risks, inventory stockout threats, routing bottlenecks, and potential delivery delays and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare operational progress reports, inventory velocity schedules, and supply chain management updates.
• Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant workplace safety, industrial quality, and trade compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, inventory audit sheets, material tracking records, and vendor performance logs throughout the lifecycle.
• Support improvements to distribution networks, multi-disciplinary engineering coordination, and warehouse material workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative technical field.
• Experience in supply chain engineering, distribution network optimization, inventory modeling, production scheduling, or related logistics consulting industries.
• Good understanding of inventory control models, logistics center layout planning, materials tracking operations, and technical cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle), warehouse management systems (WMS), or supply chain visualization software will be an advantage.
• Strong project coordination, communication, vendor relationship negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, quantitative data modeling, and systematic problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple operational planning activities simultaneously and work according to tight, agreed project timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), data diagnostics software, and common project management tools.
• Experience working with global contract manufacturers, freight forwarders, third-party logistics consultants, or cross-functional plant engineering crews will be an advantage.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month
