1. Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities across HDB, condominium, landed, commercial, and industrial projects.
Develop relationships with homeowners, renovation contractors, interior designers, architects, developers, builders, and corporate clients.
Generate and follow up on leads through online and offline channels.
Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.
Follow up systematically on enquiries and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Develop new sales channels, strategic partnerships and referral networks.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
2. Marketing & Lead Generation
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Manage and improve the company's website, SEO, GEO, AEO, Google presence, and social media channels.
Develop marketing content including product presentations, case studies, videos, social media posts and promotional materials.
Coordinate digital advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
Work with external agencies, designers, content creators and internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Continuously improve website content and customer journeys to support lead generation and sales conversion.
3. Digital & Data-Driven Marketing
Track website traffic, enquiries, leads, conversion rates and marketing ROI.
Use CRM and digital tools to manage and nurture leads.
Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
Ensure marketing activities are aligned with actual business and sales objectives rather than focusing only on impressions or engagement.
4. Brand & Market Development
Strengthen SG Aluminium's positioning as a professional, reliable and quality-driven aluminium and glass solutions provider in Singapore.
Develop partnerships with renovation companies, ID firms, contractors, property-related businesses and other relevant partners.
Support exhibitions, trade events, property events and other offline marketing activities.
Identify opportunities to expand the company's product and service offerings.
5. Sales & Marketing Coordination
Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Technical and Management teams to ensure smooth lead-to-sales conversion.
Provide sales teams with updated product information, catalogues, marketing materials and campaign leads.
Establish effective lead handover and follow-up processes.
Report regularly to management on sales pipeline, lead generation, campaign performance and business development progress.
