The setup and configuration of IT equipment individually is time-consuming, and susceptible to errors. With the industry shift towards cloud-computing, the shift towards mass provisioning and orchestrated configuration of IT setups has the potential for great efficiency for IT manpower resources.

• Recommend the most suitable Configuration Management tool for the CSIT environment.

• Coding ability
