About the Role
To manage and control project and technical documentation. The individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate document records, managing document submissions and revisions, and ensuring that project documentation is properly controlled, traceable, and readily accessible.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently coordinate documentation across multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced and lean environment.
Main Job Responsibilities
Maintain and administer technical and operational documents, including manuals, technical instructions, service bulletins and other controlled documentation, ensuring information remains current and properly maintained.
Coordinate document revisions and updates, maintain revision histories, and ensure changes are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain complete and accurate records through proper indexing, filing, digitization and archiving technical, maintenance, service and other operational documentation.
Control the distribution, access, retrieval and retention of documents to ensure appropriate availability, traceability and confidentiality of information.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to coordinate documentation requirements, updates and timely resolution of documentation matters.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Management to support evolving project or organizational needs.
Job Requirements
At least ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 1 year related experience in project documents management.
Added advantage with knowledge and hands-on experience with Autocad software.
Strong initiative, ability to analyze problem and problem-solving skill.
Team player with good communication skill.
Working location : Marsiling
