You will lead business analysis for Sales CRM and related Insurer advisor-platform initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you will own the common requirements baseline, translate business outcomes into implementable solutions, and ensure that market localization is deliberate, controlled and aligned to a reusable regional platform.
- Partner with Singapore business sponsors, product owners, operations, risk, data and technology teams to define business outcomes, scope, priorities and acceptance criteria.
- Lead requirements discovery for Sales CRM and associated PEGA Cloud capabilities across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Own the common cross-market requirements baseline, clearly distinguishing reusable regional capabilities, Singapore-specific requirements and justified Malaysia localization.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to analyze current-state processes, pain points, customer and advisor journeys, and define practical target-state processes.
- Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, business rules, data requirements and traceability artefacts.
- Drive product outcomes rather than feature delivery by linking requirements to measurable business value, adoption, operational efficiency and risk outcomes.
- Assess new requirements against platform strategy and existing capabilities to minimize duplicated development, unnecessary customization and recurring maintenance cost.
- Analyse integration and data requirements across Sales CRM, MarTech, data platforms, APIs and related channel systems.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, delivery leads and vendors to clarify requirements, evaluate solution options and maintain alignment through design and build.
- Lead backlog refinement and support prioritization based on business value, capacity, dependencies, risk and readiness across concurrent BAU and transformation demands.
- Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; coordinate business validation, UAT planning, defect triage and timely resolution of requirement-related issues.
- Support release readiness, implementation, change impact assessment, business communications, user training and post-implementation validation.
- Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability and ensure approved changes are reflected consistently across specifications, designs, test evidence and operational documentation.
- Provide design assurance across Singapore and Malaysia to preserve a common platform core while enabling necessary regulatory, language, process and market variations.
- Coach business analysts and project team members on business analysis standards, structured problem solving, documentation quality and stakeholder facilitation.
- Identify delivery, control and operational risks early, escalate decisions promptly and support governance forums with clear options, impacts and recommendations.
