Kerja Civil Site Engineer - Site Supervisor (Site-Based), Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Regal Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at site.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and work progress.
• Supervise reinforcement, formwork, concreting, waterproofing and other related civil works.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Assist in planning daily activities to achieve project schedules.
• Monitor workmanship, quality and site safety compliance.
• Coordinate site inspections and resolve day-to-day construction issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and basic site documentation.
• Report project progress, technical issues and material requirements to the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred. Candidates with strong practical site supervision experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant site supervision experience are also welcome.
• Basic ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and take responsibility for daily site operations.
• Able to work independently with guidance from the Project Manager.
• Willing to work on-site at Puncak Alam, Data Center
• Valid CIDB Green Card or willingness to obtain one before site deployment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
