Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dessert shop, supervising staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining cleanliness and providing good customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dessert shop.

2. Assign duties, prepare work schedules and monitor staff performance.

3. Ensure desserts and beverages are prepared and served according to quality standards.

4. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.

5. Monitor inventory, arrange stock replenishment and minimise wastage.

6. Ensure proper food storage, hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.

7. Monitor daily sales, handle cash transactions and prepare sales reports.

8. Ensure shop equipment and facilities are properly maintained.

9. Train new employees on shop procedures and customer service standards.

10. Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in food and beverage operations.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Able to supervise staff and manage daily operations.

• Responsible, organised and customer-oriented.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
