Job Title: Consultant – Computational Imaging (Semiconductor Inspection)
Job Type: Contract - 12 Months
Job Location: West, Singapore

Role Overview
We are seeking a consultant with expertise in computational imaging and image processing algorithms to develop advanced super-resolution imaging solutions for semiconductor inspection.
The role focuses on enhancing image quality and defect detection accuracy, translating research into industrial applications, and driving innovation through R&D and IP development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced super-resolution computational imaging algorithms for semiconductor inspection applications, focusing on enhancing image quality and defect detection accuracy.
• Translate cutting-edge research and technological innovations into practical industrial solutions, driving the deployment and technology transfer of advanced imaging technologies for semiconductor manufacturing and inspection.
• Drive intellectual property (IP) generation through the filing of two patents and the publication of 3–4 high-impact journal papers or premier international conference papers.
• Provide technical advice, expert consultation, stakeholder engagement, and support for relevant R&D initiatives to strengthen research excellence in imaging technology and enhance industry impact.

Job Requirements

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Optical Engineering, Computational Imaging, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in computational imaging, super-resolution, image reconstruction, and image processing algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C++, with knowledge of deep learning and computer vision techniques.
• Experience in semiconductor inspection, optical imaging, R&D publications, or patent applications will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

This is an outsourced role.
