Job Scope:
Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and clubhouse activities, including occasional event support at other office locations.
Facility & AV Setup: Ensure smooth event execution by setting up Multi-Purpose Rooms, furniture, equipment, and Audio-Visual (AV) systems.
Bookings & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility bookings, handle phone and walk-in enquiries, and liaise with external suppliers and agencies.
Daily Operations: Assist the Deputy Clubhouse Manager with day-to-day clubhouse operations and ad-hoc administrative duties.
