Job Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy industrial machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting to clients.
- Install, commission, and test new equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify product improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in technical service or maintenance.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
