Job Scope

• Respond to customer enquiries across live chat, email and phone promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear, accurate information on products, services and company procedures.
• Handle service requests, feedback and complaints with patience and practical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and keep customers updated.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests and follow up actions.
• Meet service standards for response time, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Previous customer service or contact centre experience is required.
• Comfortable managing multiple enquiries.
• Prior experience in Banking & Insurance is preferred.
