What You Will Do

HR Operations

• Support the administration and updating of leave, attendance and employee records
• Prepare HR letters and other administrative documents as required
• Maintain the confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of HR information

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Support pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment documentation

Employee Engagement

• Help plan and coordinate employee events, training sessions and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and deliver company events
• Coordinate gifts for staff occasions, including new births and get-well gestures

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives
• Support the team with other assignments as opportunities arise

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent professional qualifications; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of three months
• Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to prioritise tasks and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters and information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable adopting new technology
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage
