About the Client

A telecom equipment and solutions provider specializing in optical network infrastructure, broadband access, and turnkey telecom projects for operators and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for Telekom Malaysia (TM) Full Turnkey (FTK) projects within the assigned region.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to perform work inspections, audits, and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all milestones are achieved in accordance with Telekom Malaysia and company standards, specifications, and timelines.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit project progress reports, documentation, and status updates to clients and management.
• Attend and represent the company in regional Telekom Malaysia meetings, discussions, and project review sessions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Telekom Malaysia regional teams, including AGMs and other key stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues promptly while escalating critical matters to management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, operational requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify, forecast, and manage project risks to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Monitor and manage project materials, ensuring accurate inventory records, tracking, and forecasting based on project requirements.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or related project management fields.
• Must have working experience in TM FTK-related projects, specifically experience in one or more of the following: TM CNC Lite TP ORI TP MAX
• Relevant TM project experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Telekom Malaysia (TM) Full Turnkey (FTK) project implementation is highly preferred.
• Candidates possessing any of the following certifications will have an added advantage: AGT, AESP, CA2C and Pole Proficiency Training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Must be based in Southern Johor / Johor Selatan.

Pay: RM4,600.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
