GMEELAN is rapidly expanding its presence in beauty and skincare, and we’re looking for a highly driven Marketing Specialist to join us. If you have a track record of turning influencer partnerships into measurable brand growth, this could be a great fit.

What You Will Do:

• Strategy & Framework: Deconstruct viral content models and build scalable script frameworks that blend brand DNA with local insights.
• Creator Partnership: Act as a talent scout and agent. Identify high-potential creators, develop bespoke collaboration pitches, and ensure authentic alignment between influencers and products.
• Creative Excellence: Provide expert guidance on visual language and narrative structure (hook, lighting, scene setting) to ensure content meets both algorithmic favorability and brand aesthetics.
• Ecosystem Insight: Stay ahead of the curve on TikTok/Instagram trends. Systematically evaluate creator performance and evolve strategies to maximize ROI.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of content for the local market.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for translating data into creative strategy.
• Excellent command of English; cross-cultural communication skills are essential.
• Must-have: 2+ years of experience in KOL management within the Beauty & Skincare sector.
