Role Description

The Marketing & Client Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The role is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, managing client service and relationship activities, and ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing marketing materials, supporting brand-building initiatives, and managing client service matters. The associate will serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups, ensuring that client needs are attended to promptly and professionally.

The role also involves managing client records, coordinating appointments and events, facilitating policy servicing requests, gathering and analysing client feedback, and working closely with financial advisors to address client needs and enhance service delivery.

In addition, the associate will collaborate with internal team to improve operational workflows, streamline administrative processes, strengthen client engagement, and support the development of long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries, service requests, and feedback professionally.
• Experience or aptitude in client service management, customer relationship management, and administrative coordination.
• Good analytical skills to interpret client data, monitor marketing campaign performance, and support business decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Experience in marketing, financial services, client servicing, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and integrity.

Regulatory Licensing Requirement

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake and pass the relevant regulatory examinations and obtain the necessary qualifications and licences required by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), where applicable, for the intended scope of their role.
