Production / Material Planner (Direct Hire)
Basic Salary: Up to SGD3,000 per month + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: Kallang, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Track production progress and revise schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Update production, inventory and material records in the ERP system.
• Compare actual output against targets and identify improvements.
• Monitor stock levels and resolve potential material shortages.
• Work with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
• Fresh graduates welcome. Training provided.
• Understanding of production planning, work orders and BOM is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP PP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
