Client Introduction
We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs.
Job Scope
Oversee the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquet operations and other F&B outlets.
Develop business strategies to maximize revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
Manage departmental budgets, operating costs, service standards and manpower planning.
Lead outlet managers and ensure compliance with food safety and service requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B Management or a related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in hotel F&B.
Extensive F&B operations experience, including senior leadership.
Strong financial management, commercial and people management skills.
Proven ability to improve operational performance and guest experience.
