Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and guide service associates to maintain high standards of guest service.
• Ensure proper setup, cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
• Welcome guests, attend to their needs and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor food and beverage service quality and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Assist in staff training, duty allocation and daily operational briefings.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety and hotel operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-groomed, responsible and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
