Job Description
Oversee overall manufacturing operations and ensure smooth daily business activities.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and profitability.
Manage Production, Sales, Engineering, Quality Control, Purchasing, and other departments.
Monitor production efficiency, product quality, operating costs, and delivery performance.
Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
Lead and develop department heads and employees to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Report business performance and operational results to senior management.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality management, and cost control.
Good leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to improve productivity, manage teams, and achieve business targets.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and ERP systems is an advantage.
Providing carpentry works for home, offices and other building structures. A total home renovation works and interior design services.
