About the role

CS Automotive Group is looking for a dedicated Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in overseeing daily service operations, monitoring departmental performance, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate people and processes effectively while helping the department achieve its operational and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing daily service operations and achieving after-sales revenue and gross profit targets.
• Monitor workshop performance, service productivity, and customer satisfaction to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Support the monitoring of departmental expenses and gross profit margins to control costs and improve profitability.
• Monitor daily sales invoice submissions, payment records, and credit note reporting to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction (CSI) and following up on customer feedback or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate and support service team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in guiding, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve departmental KPIs and maintain service standards.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, teamwork, and cost control.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• 3-5 years experience in automotive after-sales service, workshop operations, or service administration OR 2-3 years experience as assistant service manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and automotive service management systems.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of service operations, revenue performance, gross profit, and cost control.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.

Attractive Salary package

• Basic Salary: RM2,800 - 3,200 per month (depending on experience)
• Earning potential up to RM3,500 – RM3,800 per month, subject to KPI achievement and performance incentives.
