The role will focus on:

Supply Planning: Translate demand forecasts into practical supply and production plans, taking into consideration kitchen capacity, operational constraints, supplier lead times and potential supply risks.
S&OP and Process Improvement: Support the implementation of structured S&OP processes, planning routines and review cadences across the business. Drive greater planning discipline, accountability and consistency across the different SFS business segments.
RELEX Implementation: Play a hands-on role in the RELEX Demand and Supply Planning system roll-out targeted for April 2027 , including business readiness, process alignment, user testing, training, adoption and post-implementation stabilisation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Production, Commercial, Finance and Operations to identify planning gaps, resolve supply and demand issues, and ensure alignment across the end-to-end supply chain.
Change Management & Capability Building: Support teams in adopting new planning processes and systems, address adoption challenges, and strengthen capabilities in forecasting, inventory optimisation, data analysis and supply planning.
Performance & KPI Management: Monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, SKU health, potential wastage, service levels and inventory holding costs , and drive improvement actions where required.
This is a hands-on IBP role that requires someone who can build and formalise planning processes while also managing day-to-day planning requirements.
