Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• At least 5 years of retail experience, including 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in fashion, footwear, apparel, or sportswear retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
