Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily export shipping operations.
• Prepare and process shipping related documents, including Bill of Lading, Permit, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Notes, Shipping Instructions, Invoices and other relevant documents
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers and other service providers to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Check shipping documents carefully against letter of credit (L/C) and follow up on any discrepancies or missing information.
• Perform other shipping and operational duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement

• Minimum GCE "O" level or equivalent
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and the ability to interact effectively with people of all levels
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in NVOCC operations and shipping documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with pro-active and positive attitude
• Meticulous responsible and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
