Role Description
Drive and advance art direction, visual narratives, and design for graphic design work as well as integrated, through-the-line campaigns
Work independently to develop and deliver high quality, hardworking design work
Research, interpret and respond strategically to briefs
Work closely with the Creative Director, creatives and project managers to deliver strong design concepts and comms output that are both effective and creative
Execute and manage production process (photo shoots, video shoots, print production, FA checks etc) to ensure quality and creative integrity
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in an advertising or design communications agency
Strong portfolio showing concept-driven, art-led campaigns and/or graphic design work (publication design, brand identity, social content, BTLs)
Experience with government/public service campaigns is an advantage
Pro-active team player who can work well with clients, stakeholders and team
Relevant degree is useful but not essential
