• Register patients and manage appointments for radiology examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain patient records, forms, reports, and other departmental documentation.
• Assist with the coordination of patient flow and ensure accurate information is recorded in the system.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and communication related to radiology services.
• Prepare and process requests, reports, referrals, and other documents as required.
• Assist with billing, payment verification, insurance/GL documentation, and related administrative matters.
• Coordinate with doctors, radiographers, nurses, wards, clinics, and other departments regarding patient appointments and examinations.
• Ensure radiology records and documents are properly filed, updated, and maintained with confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing daily, monthly, and departmental reports when required.
• Provide administrative support to Radiology staff and assist with other departmental duties as assigned.
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and patient service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
