JobResponsibilities:
Assist in maintaining QA/QC records and quality documentation.
Prepare, organize, and archive project and ISO-related documents.
Support internal and external audits.
Coordinate with project teams on document submissions and updates.
Assist in preparing reports, forms, and quality-related correspondence.
Perform general administrative duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of QA/QC documentation and ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good organizational and document control skills.
Able to maintain records, filing systems, and quality documentation accurately.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

The main activity is pile testing: the application of quasi-static testing methods, like StatNamic and StatRapid. Allnamics is a (preferred) supplier of this service for public works, public housing and public school projects, as well for private projects.
