What we are looking for:

1) Proven experience as a beverage maker in a professional restaurant or hospitality environment.

2) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and other staff members.

3) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

4) Able to work shifts including on weekends and public holidays.

5) Fluency in English and Malay is required. Basic knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.

2) Operating and cleaning beverage equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.

3) Store ingredients correctly and monitor stock levels.

4) Handle guest service and table management, including greeting guests and assisting with seating, taking orders accurately, clarifying menu items or special requests, serving food and beverages, clearing tables as needed, resetting tables for the next guests.

5) Assist restaurant manager and team lead in daily operations, including stocking cutleries and tools, supporting other team members during peak hours.

6) Follow instructions promptly and communicate clearly with the kitchen crew and service crew.

7) Complete opening and closing duties as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.

8) Maintain a clean work station and follow all hygiene and sanitation standards for menus, tables, service equipment, and practice safe food handling at all times.

9) Learn menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings to assist guests confidently.

10) Handle all service equipment (trays, glassware, etc.) safely and responsibly.

11) Assist with other restaurant operations and special events as required.
