Job Summary
Manage accounting, secretarial, and tax client portfolios while preparing financial reports, performing data entry, and handling regulatory filings to support business compliance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounting, secretarial, and tax clients to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Respond professionally to client queries and requests to maintain strong client relationships
Perform data entry using systems such as Xero, AutoCount, and MS Office to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules to facilitate client financial review and decision-making
Handle online filings with regulatory bodies including ACRA, IRAS, and CPF to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in accounting or a related discipline
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred
Experience in an accounting firm, corporate service provider, or outsourced accounting environment is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
Careful, responsible, and committed to following work through to completion
Clear communication skills with clients and team members
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
